A while ago when Orange became Telkom Kenya, the money service ‘Orange money’ was not part of the Telkom Kenya service package. There was word however, of a better improved service which saw the light of day today.

Dubbed T-kash, the service marks the entry of Telkom Kenya into the mobile financial market where it will compete against players like M-Pesa and Airtel Money.

The service was launched by ICT CS Joe Mucheru.

We are waiting to see how it turns out and just how this move will revolutionize the mobile money market (of course to user’s favor).

As a bunch of us wait for the loan terms  and conditions 🙂 :-), you can find more information about T-kash here
